Hi! I am Avantika, your certified  yoga instructor, and my yoga journey began in 2012. From the moment I stepped onto the mat, I discovered that yoga was more than just exercise β€” it became a way of life. Since then, I have never stopped practicing.


Yoga has brought me strength, balance, healing, and inner peace, and I am passionate about helping others experience those same benefits. Through mindful movement, breath work, and connection between mind and body, yoga can help reduce stress, improve flexibility, increase strength, enhance focus, and support emotional well-being.

As an instructor, my mission is to create a comfortable, calm, judgment-free, and safe space where everyone feels welcomed and supported exactly as they are. 


Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the very first time or continuing your journey, my classes are designed to meet you where you are β€” without pressure or perfection. And in your own home.

I believe yoga is about more than poses. It is about healing, self-love, growth, and learning to honor your body and mind with compassion.
